Vision
An exemplary vision for Ebury
Phase 1 of the City of Westminster’s award-winning scheme is now complete, with Phase 2 underway, a significant milestone in the delivery of this landmark regeneration project. Guided by a visionary masterplan, the development is defined by sustainable, future-proofed design, and, when complete, will provide an exceptional new residential-led destination in SW1. Four landscaped garden squares at its heart will place residents and community at the centre of everyday life.

A thriving neighbourhood
The Ebury masterplan comprises nine architecturally striking buildings arranged around four landscaped garden squares and a new north–south pedestrian route providing seamless connections to the wider neighbourhood, reducing walking times to Victoria Station and the River Thames.
Thoughtfully planned building layouts maximise natural daylight and sunlight to all homes, enhancing comfort and liveability. An extended high street frontage along Ebury Bridge Road will introduce new shops, cafés and restaurants, bringing vibrant local amenities to this new neighbourhood.
Garden square living
On completion, Ebury will provide over 2.3 acres of meticulously-designed public landscaped space. The masterplan reimagines London’s traditional garden squares offering residents four outstanding linked public spaces: Bridge, Manor, Alba and Willow Squares. Each square will boast a distinct botanical character and rich biodiversity to support local wildlife. Beyond their natural beauty, they will serve as the heartbeat of the community offering dedicated zones for fitness, play, and social connection.
Prioritising a sustainable lifestyle
Sustainability is central to the design and delivery of Ebury, guided by the City of Westminster’s commitment to leading the way in tackling climate change. Significant planning and care have shaped every aspect of the development, ensuring a future-focused approach to modern city living.
For residents, this means energy-efficient, comfortable homes featuring triple glazing, comfort cooling, instant heating and hot water, and high-rated appliances – all designed to support a better quality of life while reducing environmental impact.
