Ebury regeneration moves forward into second phase
The first phase of Ebury has now been successfully completed, marking a major milestone in this ambitious three-phase regeneration project to transform the former 1930s Ebury Bridge Estate into a thriving, well-connected new neighbourhood.

Phase One saw the delivery of two of the nine proposed residential buildings – Sutherland Apartments and Mandeville Apartments – providing 226 new homes and establishing the architectural and design benchmark for the wider development.
Momentum continues with the appointment of McLaren Construction Limited as the main construction partner for Phase Two, a significant step forward in the project’s next chapter. When complete, this phase will deliver a further five apartment buildings providing 334 new homes.
Phase Two will also introduce new outdoor spaces, re-establish the Ebury Bridge Road retail parade, and create new workspaces and community facilities, realising the vision for Ebury as a sustainable, mixed-use residential destination in SW1.
