The Ebury masterplan comprises nine architecturally striking buildings arranged around four landscaped garden squares and a new north–south pedestrian route providing seamless connections to the wider neighbourhood, reducing walking times to Victoria Station and the River Thames.

Thoughtfully planned building layouts maximise natural daylight and sunlight to all homes, enhancing comfort and liveability. An extended high street frontage along Ebury Bridge Road will introduce new shops, cafés and restaurants, bringing vibrant local amenities to this new neighbourhood.

The masterplan reimagines London’s traditional garden squares offering residents four outstanding linked public spaces: Bridge, Manor, Alba and Willow Squares.
